I can't help but think that these next 3 games could go a long way to determining our tournament fate. Two neutral site games against Missouri St. and then Wyoming / Depaul and then away at Oregon State. All these teams are semi-decent, but very beatable for the team even without Boatwright. If we can win all 3 and move our record to 14-0, we could give ourselves a good amount of leeway to lose a few in the early part of P12 play while Boatwright works himself back. Not to mention the invaluable national media attention the program continues to get as one of the last remaining undefeateds. Losing to any of these teams would be considered a bad loss and put a lot of pressure on the squad to win early P12 games to stay in tourney picture.
I'm really hoping going on the road against decent teams will be just what our guys need to shake of the lackadaisical play of the past 2 games. Anxiously awaiting the Missouri St game tomorrow to see if the team can come out with more fire and enthusiasm.

I would say with or without Bennie we can should go 6-2 in our next 8 and will likely be favored in 9 of our next 10 games (if Trier isn't back for Arizona).

We have to beat Oregon. Oregon has owned USC lately and they out played us last season with some great inside defense and with some uptempo offense. I think this will be a HUGE MEASURING STICK GAME FOR US.
FIGHT ON GUYS ✌🏀

If Boucher plays, beating Oregon in Eugene is a pretty tall order without Boatwright.

Agree with Chase if we come out and play like we have the last 2 games USC will lose. As much as I would love to see us stay undefeated a loss in one of the two next games wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. This team might need a wake-up call heading into the Pac-12. The most important game on the schedule right now is OSU. USC has to win that game. OSU has played poorly in the non-conference and loss would be unacceptable. Beating Oregon would be icing on the cake but really not as important especially at Oregon. Eventually, you have to believe Oregon will pull it together as they haven't played up to there potential so far.

We have to continue to play as if Boatwright is not in the picture. That kind of mindset. When he does come back is a huge bonus. But a win on the road in Eugene will look great to the tournament committee.
